Reighard retires after 15 years with District 12

Bob Reighard has retired after 15 years of service with the Public Water Supply District #12, Cass/Bates. He recently received a plaque for his years of dedicated service and commitment. Reighard, who has been with the district since it’s beginning in 1994, accredits his success to all of the Board Members and staff of District 12, including Shelley, “For always being there!” Congratulations Bob!
