Meet your Candidates; Vote April 6

Next Tuesday voters will head to the polls to vote in candidates for Drexel’s Board of Alderman and Drexel’s Board of Education. This week features the candidates and incumbents, all vying for the thankless positions.
The Star is providing readers with a rare inside look into the candidates, their views, and outlooks toward the future. Each were provided with questionnaires, and those returned include diverse responses. You decide Drexel... who will you vote for?
Please note, Terry Mayfield and Christopher Close did not respond to the questionnaires provided. Although unopposed, incumbent Mayfield is running for East Ward and candidate Close is opposing Thomas in a seat on the West Ward.
Take your time to educate yourselves of each candidate and vote wisely. After-all, they are the ones who are elected by you and are here to serve what best suits the Drexel community.
Exercise your constitutional right.... VOTE on APRIL 6TH.
