Dunkin’ for the Fun of It!

There is nothing like becoming a human target while at the mercy of someone’s lucky throw! Local Police Chief Jon Carpenter found out the hard way when he signed up to become a target in the dunk tank during the 4th of July festivities in the park on Friday.
