AlburtyLab opens new location

On Friday, September 26th, AlburtyLab conducted an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony as they opened their doors to their newest location, 132 E. Main, a location that used to house the Masonic Lodge. At the new location the InnovaPrep Division will open as a new production facility.
AlburtyLab serves the aerosol research, development, and instrumentation communities. Their associates and specialized testing facilities combine to help customers develop and improve their products. Started in Drexel, Missouri, in 2005, they have grown to six full-time and six part time staff. They conduct particle sampler testing (testing of dust collectors).
While testing these dust collectors, they noticed a big problem. Most of the best collectors work by trapping the dust particles in water. However, the best dust particle detectors use only a tiny part of the sample. That’s when they had the “Aha!”...
