Three girls attend Girl State from Drexel
Three girls from Drexel High School attended Missouri Girls State from June 24th through June 30th at Central Missouri State in Warrensburg, MO.

Drexel PTO kicks off the school year with a little technology: By Lacey Gunnels
On Wednesday, September 5, Drexel PTO held their first monthly meeting of the 2012-2013 school year in the library. Guest speakers for the meeting were: Mrs. Judy Daniel, and Mr. John Swezey. Mrs. Daniel talk to parents about the Tumblewood books program and how to use it.

Garden City man injured in Cass County accident: by Sharon Kiesel
A Garden City, Missouri man was injured in a single vehicle accident in Cass County Tuesday, August 28th, 2012. The accident occurred at 8:25 a.m. on Route Z, north of County Road 283rd.
