Marjorie Lee (Fulwider) Dishman 1921-2008

Marjorie Lee (Fulwider) Dishman, 87, died of natural causes on September 30, 2008.
Marge was born on June 25, 1921. She married Frank Dishman on November 30, 1941, and they had one son, David in 1944. She worked as a secretary and in insurance sales. She was a devoted wife to Frank for over 65 years until his death in 2007. She was a former resident of Kansas City, before moving to Drexel. She was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Drexel where she taught children's Sunday school and sang in the choir. She loved everyone, and was known to many whose lives she touched as "Auntie Marge".
She is survived by her son David who lives with his wife in California. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1-2:00 p.m. Monday October 6, 2008 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Floral Hills Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
A Celebration of Life is planned at the Drexel Baptist Church on October 6, 2008 at 6 - 8 p.m. Donations in lieu of flowers are recommended to the Drexel Baptist Church, Drexel, MO 64742.
