Frederick S. “Fred” Allard, 61, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009.
Memorial Services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2009 at White Chapel Funeral Home in Gladstone, MO. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
