Two defeats claimed by Lady Cats in first conference match ups

The Lady Cats traveled to Miami last Tuesday night to take on the Eagles in their first conference match of the season. Drexel took the match in two games defeating the Eagles, 25-17 and 25-13.
Leading the serving points were: Jessi Gunnels with 6, Megan Lane with 5 and Mallari Russell with 4. Gunnels posted 4 aces, while Lane and Brittany Page recorded 2 each.
