Lady Cats romp over Chilhowee

Drexel traveled the considerable distance to Chilhowee on Friday the 13th to take on the Lady Indians. It must have been a chilling time for the Lady Indians as this date sometimes brings scary moments. The Lady Cats, as visitors, probably wore out their welcome as they were relentless in scoring a one sided victory 68 to 27.
Individual statistics: Russell had a nice double double, 17 points and 13 rebounds along with 1 assist and 3 steals; Freeman 13 points, 8 assists, 4 steals and 5 rebounds; Kendrick added 10 points, 2 assists, 6 steals and 7 rebounds; Hocker had a nice total of 10 rebounds, 6 points and 1 steal and McAnany contributed 7 points, 2 assists, 1 steal and 8 rebounds. Gunnels had 7 points, 2 steals and 5 rebounds; Shipley 4 points; Rooney netted 2 points and 3 rebounds and Vlieger had 2 points and 2 rebounds. Kaufman and Hotsenpiller did not score.
