The Lady Eagles from Miami came visiting Tuesday, September 15 and were treated rather rudely by our Lady Cats. With scores of 25-14 and 25-13, both favoring Drexel, the Lady Cats topped off the night after both the Junior High and JV had also won. Another very good team serving percentage of 93% was recorded, serving 45 times with 42 of those serves being good. Lane was good on 16 of 17 and Collins perfect with 13 of 13.
This win brings the Lady Cats game record to 6-2-1 and their match record to 12 wins and 6 losses while in conference they stand at 1 win and 0 losses.
Stats: Serving Points; Lane 14, Collins 10, Freeman 6 and Gunnels 5. Aces; Collins 3, Freeman 3, Lane 2 and Gunnels 2. Kills; Freeman 3, Hocker 2, Gunnels 2 and Lane 2. Assists; Gunnels 3, Hocker 3, Freeman 2 and Sanders 2. Freeman recorded a block.
