Lady Cats dominate on home court

In a “Cat Fight” the Lady Bobcats out-clawed the Sheldon Lady Panthers 53 to 23 last Tuesday night on their home court.
Sheldon took the tip to start the game but was unable to score. Drexel also had a slow start and only led by a score of 8-0 at the end of the first quarter. The local ladies warmed up the nets in the second quarter scoring 21 to the Panther’s 8. Baylee Kendrick shot a long three pointer at the buzzer and Drexel’s lead was 29 to 8 at half time. The domination continued through the second half giving the Lady Bobcats a nice 30 point victory 53 to 23.
As a team the ladies shot 30% from the field and a nice 75% from the line, had 13 offensive rebounds, 25 steals and only 14 turnovers.
