Drexel Golf Team has successful matches

The Drexel Golf Team had a successful outing Wednesday, April 14th. The match was between Drexel, Archie and Green Ridge.
Kody Kaufman received a first place medal and Justin Thomas a second.
The Drexel varsity team consisting of Kody, Justin, Cody Russell, Keifer Shipley and Chris Wilson won the match with  a team score of 158.
The junior varsity team made up of CJ Bolton, Ashton Raffety, Alec Young, Lonnie West and Cody Hargreaves posted some of their lowest scores of the season.
The Drexel Varsity Golf Team competed in a match at Warsaw on Monday, April 19. Lincoln was the host school. Other teams included Archie, Windsor and Stover.
Drexel won the round of 18 with a team score of 344. Individual honors were 2nd place to Kody Kaufman with a score of 79. Justin Thomas received the 3rd place medal. Cody Russell got 6th place, CJ Bolton got an 8th place
and Chris Wilson received a 10th place medal. It was a very good outing for the team.
