Bobcats have rough week, 0-3

Last Tuesday night our young varsity Bobcats traveled the many miles to Montrose to take on the Blue Jays.
Our Bobcats played hard and never quit until the end but was defeated by a senior heavy group of boys by a score of 30 to 64. Score by quarters 6-18, 14-39, 22-56 and 33-64.
Stat Leaders were Blake Seba netting 8 points, 4 assists, 5 steals and 4 rebounds. Joe Roberts ended with 6 points and 8 rebounds, Justin Thomas chipped in 4 points, 1 assist, 1 steal and 2 rebounds, and Kiefer Shipley added 4 points and 6 rebounds. Bret Moles, Blake Hadley, Ashton Raffety, Luke Bartholomew and Chris Wilson also scored. Coach Bolton remarks, “Montrose was taller, faster and more athletic than we were. We did a decent job of handling the pressure. We just have to get more consistent play from everyone.”
